Ken of Shutter World very promptly answered our request for a quote; he came along and measured the windows and then worked with us to identify how we wanted the shutters to open and fold to meet our specific requirements to cover French windows etc. The plans and quote were sent to us quickly, overnight, and were well priced in comparison to other quotes. More importantly, he arranged the delivery and the fitting in excellent order. The 2 sets of shutters were fitted quickly and there was absolutely no residual sign of the woodwork, adjustments or fixing holes etc that he had to make to fit the shutters! Despite the unique shapes of some of the windows, the excellent pair of jobs were completed efficiently and cleanly with all signs of work cleaned up and the rooms left just as you would want your mother-in-law to see them!
