Ken founded Shutter World after years working in bespoke joinery, frustrated by the gap between high-street shutter quality and what a truly tailored installation could look like. He personally leads complex installations and is the driving force behind Shutter World's "measure-to-fit, never cut-to-fit" standard.
Design Consultant
Scott
Scott leads home consultations across West Yorkshire and beyond. He approaches each visit as a design problem to solve — not a sales call. As one customer noted, "he wasn't pushing a sale; he was solving a problem." Scott specialises in period properties and irregular or heritage windows that require custom frame engineering.
